What information do we collect?
We collect e-mail addresses to register individuals for our newsletter, and to sign-up people for online/media contests and offers.
We will also collect an e-mail address to respond to questions about the site, or about the products, and the like.
We may sometimes ask visitors to respond to polls or surveys. Often, information can be provided anonymously and wont be associated with a visitors name, address, e-mail address or the like.
We use personal information to respond to a question or request, such as a request for information or entering an individual in a contest.
We also use it to notify that someone has won a contest.
As a policy, we will NOT pass on to a third party any personal information that is collected on the Eco Earth Organics website.
Anything else I should know?
We reserve the right to use, retain or disclose any information as needed to satisfy any law, regulation or legal request, to protect the integrity of the site, to fulfill your requests, or to cooperate in any legal investigation.
